Okay Product

I'm disappointed in this purchase. I bought a day after I excitedly first saw one of these attached to someone's bag at the golf course.

A couple things:
- The description clearly states that the product can be shipped in any color, and doesn't have to be red. Most products listed on Amazon are listed in multiple colors and can be bought as such. If I wanted a black marker and a clear product, I would not have purchased what I hoped to be a red tool with a red marker. Not a huge deal, but still annoying.
- The other markers that I have seen have multiple marking capabilities (arrow, dots, different line shapes), this one can only draw a straight line. Sure, I can use the tool to draw different lines, but the plastic is here - why is there only one shape size?
- The sharpie is a full sized sharpie. If I want a tool to mark lines on my ball, wouldn't a mini-sharpie work better?
- There is no clip to hook this to your bag, or attach the marker to the tool. This will likely sit in my bag anyways, but there is a hole for a clip on the tool so why not include a metal ring clip (not even a plastic clip with a bungee cord like some of the other tools on here).

Overall, the tool will be used to mark lines on a golf ball. However, this is not the best product on the market, and if I would've seen this on a shelf (like I probably did at GolfMart), I would not have bought it.

There are better options out there... keep looking.

Got to Have This!

I am a avid golfer (currently going through a program to become a teaching pro) and always love to use this item. The one I've been using for a long time (lasted about 5 years this time) finally cracked, so I ordered it on amazon.

I expected to receive this in red as the picture shows but the one arrived was clear.... I know, it still dose the same work, so I didn't bother returning it and still using it. Great tool for all level golfers. There is a similar product (much skinnier than this) but that one is very hard to use. This is the best marker on the market.
